CONVERSATIONS WITH SAMU

Feri: Hi Samu!
Samu: Hello Feri,
Feri: Its good to chat, finally! How are you?
Samu: I'm good, and you?
Feri: Im good too, I heard you dont want the Becket sequel anymore and have something else up your sleeve.
Samu: Yeah, I guess, I dont wanna mess with the fans, but it does seem a bit of a waste to do a sequel to a game I think could have been really cool. Im not gonna say anymore because I dont wanna give anyone the wrong idea.
Feri: Last time you said the story was about a boy and a girl, who used to be in love?
Samu: Yeah, thats about it.
Feri: Could you tell us more about it? Are you abandoning the more abstract and vague subjects and turned toward romance stories? Why?

Samu: Yeah, I guess, I want to tell a real story. I know this story will be different than the games, but I think it will be something fans will be happy with. The original idea was to make a game about the game, but now I just want to tell a story with that game in it.
Feri: What game?
Samu: The last one.
Feri: So its a game and a theater play at the same time?

Samu: Yeah, I think that would make it pretty awesome.
Feri: Any idea of the plot?

Samu: Nothing at all, I just wanted to do it because I think it would be cool. I dont think it will be very deep or interesting, but I guess we'll find out!
Feri: How about the characters? Are you keeping the famous characters like Pozzo and Lucky? Or are you abandoning Beckett altogether? What will this game look like exactly? Is this a transmedia project?

Samu: I dont know anything about transmedia, but I guess thats a good thing, right? I am keeping Becket, Pozzo, and Lucky. I know how it will be, but that part will stay a secret until the game is done.
Feri: When I started this project with you I had no idea we will be having this conversation. Its awkward and uplifting.

Samu: Yeah, Im glad you like it. I do kinda wish it wouldnt have taken this long to make.
Feri: Sorry to burn your precious time. Are you busy with something right now?

Samu: Yeah, I am actually making a track with some of my other friends. I am working on a song for the album.
Feri: Oh I read on your page you are into music as well. Already making an album? How long will it take you to finish that?

Samu: Yeah, I think Im gonna do that too, but Im just learning a lot about it so it might take me a while.
Feri: Would it be possible that you do the music for the show too?

Samu: I don't know, I dont really wanna do the music for other peoples projects. I just wanna make stuff that I would want to listen to.
Feri: Lets get back to the play. Or game. I thought the title will be "Escape from Godot" but last time you mentioned the title "Two for date" which sounds better actually? Is the title still subject to change?

Samu: I think "Two for date" is a bit more catchy, but I still have not decided.
Feri: Im dropping my jaws, you just changed the title of the show! Are you going to interfere a lot with the show? I mean we expect you to write it, but im not sure if your music would be appriopriate...

Samu: Yeah, I am, but I think it will be good. I just want to give my input on everything, I dont think its that hard.
Feri: Sure we need feedback. We are actually stuck with this issue. Your look. You need to look like someone of something and its hard for us to decide how would you like to look like. Maybe like a robot? Or more human like? Animal?

Samu: I want to look like a mix of them all, I think.
Feri: If you would need to choose just three things you would be a mix of, what would those be?

Samu: Human, like me. Robot, like Pozzo. Animal, like Lucky.
